  • “Nice house with lovely views over Dartmouth and the River Dart.”

Getting the car in and out of the garage was tricky. Reluctant to do this too many times. Disappointed with the kitchen. Fridge door felt it was going to fall off every time it was opened. No spare cupboard space for food. The service felt very impersonal. No contact at all with the owners and no welcome pack which would have been nice after such a long drive. After saying all that the house is in a good location (all be it at the top of an extremely steep hill) to explore Dartmouth and the surrounding areas. Not sure where the beach was 1 mile away??
