The property

2 Easton Barn is a pet-friendly stone barn conversion with one bathroom, situated a couple of miles from the sandy beaches of Bantham and Bigbury Bay.

Spend the day on the beach at Bigbury-on-Sea, learning to surf or simply relaxing, or enjoy a delightful meal at the nearby Oyster Shack before returning to your holiday home.

This property has an open plan sitting / dining area with two double sofas, a TV and DVD player.

The kitchen has fitted units, an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

A staircase leads from the sitting area to an open plan bedroom on the first floor, and access through to the second bedroom and bathroom.

The main bedroom has a pine-framed double bed, matching bedside units and drawers and wooden flooring – the twin room (off the double) has two single beds and pine wardrobe.

The shower room has an electric power shower, hand basin and w.c.

There is parking for one car in a timber-framed car port with additional adjacent parking.

One well behaved dog is allowed.

Outside is a courtyard with decorative stone fountain, picnic table and garden seat, perfect for enjoying summer evenings.

Behind Easton Barn is extensive gardens which can be accessed by guests, with superb views of the surrounding countryside.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double bed, 1 x twin. Shower room (bath, electric power shower (over), w.c., and wash-hand basin). Generous garden.

The village of Bigbury is approximately a two mile drive from Bigbury-on-Sea, with its popular sandy beach, golf course and famous Art Deco hotel on Burgh Island. From this beautiful countryside area, enjoy walking routes along the Avon Estuary, or visit the Oyster Shack restaurant to sample some fresh Devon seafood. From Bigbury, explore the South Devon coast with its fabulous sandy beaches and its breathtakingly beautiful coastal path or visit some of the charming towns and villages dotted throughout the area, such as Modbury, Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. The city of Plymouth and the beautiful landscapes of Dartmoor are also within driving distance.
