The property

Lower Easton Farmhouse is a fabulous Grade II listed farmhouse in a delightful rural hamlet located between Salcombe and Kingsbridge and less than two miles from the South West Coast Path.

Situated in the pretty rural hamlet of Easton, this is a fabulous dog friendly property which sleeps ten.

The light and spacious dining room is ideal for entertaining with an oak table seating ten and a fireplace. This cosy living space features original oak beams, an Inglenook fireplace, Smart television with Sky+ HD package, and leads into a small snug.

The large en-suite master bedroom has a super-King size bed, plenty of storage and lovely country views.

There is another double room with a super-King size bed and feature fire place.

The third and fourth bedrooms have King-size beds and the fifth, built into the roof space, is a twin.

There is a family bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the second.

The garden features a sun terrace, lawn, bistro table and chairs, a table-tennis table, and a small shallow pond. There is also off-road parking on the driveway for two cars, plus space for 1-2 more on grassy area at the front of the house. The spacious three storey dog-friendly accommodation is comfortably furnished and well equipped – perfect for a family holiday in beautiful, rural surroundings.
