The property

Situated in a peaceful rural location with a brook running past the edge of the garden and plenty of local walks to enjoy, the hamlet of Washbourne is just 1.5 miles from Harbertonford, with its popular village pub and handy shop/post office.

Totnes, with its historic Fore Street lined with interesting shops, tea rooms and weekly Elizabethan market, is just a five mile drive away.
