“Lovely cottage and all you could need for a successful holiday.”

Very close to many eating places at the harbour and a food shop nearby. The cream tea was very much appreciated on our arrival and the milk too. Would recommend this to anyone.

“Sofa and bed uncomfortable for us unfortunately.”

Place wasn't very clean but I believe it was a temporary cleaner. Central location, beautiful views.

“The property was very comfortable and close to amenities.”

It rained one day and there was water dripping from the skylight onto the floor but it wasn't a large amount. Just wiped a few times with kitchen roll. A jug would be useful in the kitchen but not essential. We enjoyed our stay very much and was good value.

If there are any problems the owner is always very helpful in resolving them and and also has a very good knowledge of things to see and do in the surounding area's also there is reasonable bus service if people do not wish to use there cars

“What can we say about the Harbour Reach?”

Absolutely perfect, beautiful little place in Torquay perfect for couples close to everything you need (bars, restaurants, harbour, beaches, costal walks) Cockington a small thatched village is a 10 minute drive away is a must, very close to Paignton and Brixham which are beautiful little fishing villages definitely worth a visit…. Can’t praise this place enough and can’t wait to go back…

Quirky well presented premises which are great for a couple.Owner very helpful with local information.Cosy throughout and very quiet. Although no parking at address the pass provided for the car park nearby ,and indeed other car parks in Torbay, was excellent.

“Needs comfier mattress as bed is currently solid .”

Could do with a dust in the higher places such us shower window space , kitchen space on top of shelf’s . The heating we could not understand , as would turn it off before bed and would wake up sweating by 3am .

Thanks ryan for your feed back. The mattress we have as built in topper as well and we tried to get a balance we’re possible. With the ledge on the shower area we do make sure we clean the area. But we do like to open window to get air into the area for ventilation there is the odd time when we get windey conditions that bits can be blown in on the one ledge if the temp drops at night the thermostat kicks inn is under the boiler can be controlled from there left for clod right for hot or I do have the app on phone and can control your heating if any one as problems Am always on hand to help Thanks ryan and your feed back is welcomed and am glad you enjoyed your stay after speeking to you kind regards keith Property Owner

This apartment is small and comfortable but was fine for the 2 of us and the dog in a really good location The car parking was excellent with the parking already payed for Torquay Paignton and Brixham a really nice touch by the owner contact was excellent we would definitely recommend

“Loved the cottage, literally 2 mins from the harbour.”

The cottage had everything we needed and was so comfy. We used the buses to go everywhere, so easy and cheap. Would recommend the Thai restaurant Junjaow just around the corner and Harbour 16 on the front. Food was delicious! Met the owner he was so helpful and full of ideas of places to go. Would definitely go back!

“Harbour Reach is very central for Torquay, but far enough away as not to be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of this busy seaside resort.”

The property itself clean, comfortable and well equipped. Although there is no off street parking, the ower provides a parking permit valid for all the Torbay coucil car parks. The nearest car park to the property is about two minutes walk, and is well lit and covered by CCTV. Throughout our weeks stay we never had any problems concerning parking. All in all Harbour Reach is an ideal base to explore this part of Devon.

It is in a fantastic location to explore Torquay and the surrounding area. Exploring by car is made easier with the (virtual) parking pass provided for the local Torbay car parks which enabled us to visit all the local places without parking charges. Harbour Reach itself is a beautifully modernised property to a high specification and was perfect for us to relax for a week. Many thanks to the owner, Keith, who communicated with us before our stay and was there to greet us and give us some very useful information about the property and the surrounding area. He also left us with information on walks and exploring the local area. All in all, a great week in Torquay

“My stay at the Harbour Reach was by far the best holiday I've had since the children have grown up and flown the nest.”

The fisherman's cottage was clean and very comfortable, like a home from home. The host Keith was very helpful and welcoming. I'd stay there again if the chance arises. The position of the cottage is perfect, only being 5 minutes walk from shops & restaurant's as well as the harbour & beach. I didn't want to come home.
