The property

2 Combehaven is a three-storey, pet-friendly, semi-detached townhouse with two bathrooms, situated within a short walk of Salcombe’s bustling restaurants, upmarket shops and famous waterside.

This property has an open plan kitchen / dining room featuring a New England style granite kitchen, dining table and chairs, and large glass doors opening onto a garden with terrace.

The lounge has a sofa, television, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, hi-fi and French doors which open out to balcony with a lovely view over the town towards Batson Creek. Four bedrooms in total: a master bedroom with a King-size bed and en suite with Bette steel bath, shower (over), hand basin, w.c, shaver point and heated towel rail.

The second bedroom has a single bed with a stacked one beneath.

Third, is a King-size double which can be unzipped and turned into a twin on request.

Lastly, a single room has been built into the eaves.

There is also a separate shower bathroom.

In addition, two car parking spaces are reserved for this property.

To the rear of the property is a garden and terrace with table and chairs, and a charcoal barbecue. Offering flexible, well-presented accommodation, 2 Combehaven is a fantastic base for exploring Salcombe’s sandy beaches, walking the South West Coast Path, or trying watersports such as sailing, stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.

Double room on 1st floor has King-size bed that can be split to make 2 single beds. This must be requested at the time of booking.
