This all-ground-floor apartment has been designed with a family in mind, complete with two well-presented bedrooms and a large sociable space where you can gather to enjoy each other's company at the end of a fun-filled day.

Inside, the open-plan living space boasts large patio doors, affording stunning views across the bustling seaside town and towards the crystal blue waters of the estuary.

Savour the views from the comfort of the leather sofas, with the gas fire offering a gentle warmth during the cooler evenings.

Joining the space is a well-equipped kitchen, containing everything you could possibly need to cater for yourselves, including the added benefit of a dishwasher and a washer/dryer, so that you barely have to lift a finger whilst on holiday!

As the evening draws to a close, catch your rest within the master bedroom, where crisp white linens drape across the sumptuous king-size bed and the patio doors open up to a private balcony, promising breath-taking views as you wake up each morning.

Concluding the interior of the dwelling is a twin bedroom, which also benefits from an additional trundle bed and can be zip linked on request and its own en-suite walk-in shower room, and a family bathroom.

Meander into the town centre of Salcombe, where you will be spoilt for choice by the plethora of pubs and eateries that await you, as well as the famous Salcombe Gin bar, located on Island Street for a great evening out!

As well as an array of shops to explore, the town plays host to a stunning waterfront where you can simply watch the world go by or if you are feeling brave, try your hand at a range of watersports, including paddle boarding, swimming, surfing, sailing and kayaking!

Beachcombers and avid ramblers can look forward to soaking up the breath-taking scenery along the famous South West Coastal Path before reaching the local beaches of North Sands Beach and South Sands Beach, savouring the incredible views with your loved ones and exploring endearing rock pools before lazing on the stretch of sands to soak up the sunshine.
