    “Super property only a 5 minute walk from the town centre.”

    Finished to a high standard and incredibly well equipped for families. Everything is in great condition including a high chair and travel cot. Lovely garden which gets all the morning sun and beautifully quiet. We had such a fabulous holiday and can't wait to come back. We would definitely come back to 5 Combehaven!!

The property

With a terrace and garden, and three bedrooms, 5 Combehaven is a fantastic ground floor apartment situated within a short walk of Salcombe’s bustling restaurants, upmarket shops and famous waterside.

This fantastic location is ideal for those looking enjoy sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour town.

This property has a modern granite kitchen with an open plan dining / kitchen / lounge area and a tasteful decor.

Amenities in the kitchen include an AEG gas hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The dining table sits six.

The lounge has two comfortable sofas, television, DVD player, IPod docking unit and French doors which open out onto a balcony.

A double bedroom and a further bedroom with 3' Oak bunk beds.

All bedrooms have doors out onto the terrace and garden to enjoy the summer sunshine.

There is a separate family bathroom with Bette steel bath, shower (over), hand basin, w.c, shaver point and heated towel rail.

Outside, a sunny South-facing front garden has a small area of lawn plus extensive terrace with table and chairs.

There is an area of lawn and a sheltered side terrace with large wooden table and benches.

Two car parking spaces are reserved for this property.

SALCOMBE

Kingsbridge 7 miles; Dartmouth 21 miles; Plymouth 24 miles; Paignton 26 miles.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.

Boats and trailers are not permitted in the car park. Barbeques are not permitted on the premises.
