“The apartment smelt musty on arrival and had an old bbq, rubbish, mats etc littering the back door.”

It wasn't the best advert on arrival! This area was also badly overgrown.

It wasn't the best advert on arrival! This area was also badly overgrown. The balcony was full of weeds growing up through the scruffy decking and the outside table rusty. The shower mat in the main bedroom ensuite was mouldy. The bathroom unit also rusty. This has the potential of being a lovely apartment but needs a bit of TLC and updating of some of the furnishings to bring it up to 'salcombe' standard. We did have a lovely break regardless of this.
