    “1. No shaver point or adaptor in property 2.”

    No tea towels provided initially and took several promptings to get these from Coast & Country 3. Major safety issue on top flight of stairs (1st to 2nd floor) as no hand rail exists for much of this. Particularly hazardous in taking heavy cases up or down. Legal liability if accident occurred down to Agent or property owner?. 4. Major safety issue in that no mat in bath provided under the shower to prevent slipping. Again legal liability down to Agent or property owner?
