You will also find a good size family bathroom and utility room on this floor.
All three well decorated bedrooms sit on the first floor, all with storage and one of the king size rooms has its own Smart TV.
This is also a white suite shower room for all the family to use.
From the garage is a steep narrow ladder which leads you up to the second floor attic den, home to a large sofa where you can chill out in front of the TV, or enjoy the views out over the water and boat moorings.
The cottage also benefits from has two terrace area with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a drink and a BBQ in the summer.
The beautiful Salcombe has a little bit for everyone to enjoy, from boutique shops and pubs, to pasty and ice cream shops.
You can enjoy a beach holiday from Dory Cottage with many beautiful beaches such as Thurlestone and Bantham where you try out surfing, or swimming in the sea.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
