  • “On arrival and opening the front door we were met by a terrible musty smell coming from the wet carpet and door mat.”

This was evident last year but the smell is now so much worse. The problem is due to the blocked gutter above the front door which is obvious to see as a new lawn is now growing there !! Water overflows and seeps through the cracks in the wall below. ...

This was evident last year but the smell is now so much worse. The problem is due to the blocked gutter above the front door which is obvious to see as a new lawn is now growing there !! Water overflows and seeps through the cracks in the wall below. The property suffers greatly now from lack of maintenance as the windows are dirty on the outside. A larger TV is required in the lounge. The cooker hob does not work properly and cuts out due to over heating. This needs sorting out immediately for future occupants. This has caused us much inconvenience throughout the week resulting in the need for eating out thus incurring extra costs. The fridge was not cool when we arrived and the freezer compartment door was not shutting properly thus not freezing properly. I managed to fix this !! Parts of the vacuum cleaner were left in the lounge and the rest of the vac was chucked down then side of the fridge. The whole kitchen and pantry area could do with a sort out !! There was a lack of toilet rolls. As the oven hob was not working properly we decided to BBQ but alas no gas in the bottle ! We have not driven 350 miles to be faced with the issues listed above and require a refund of monies as our holiday week has been somewhat ruined. Please pass these comments onto the owners wherever they may be. I require some response to the above. Thank you. I have also sent you an email a couple of days ago regarding the above.
