The property

Seascape is a contemporary apartment in an elevated position located in the popular resort town of Salcombe.

Sleeping up to six guests and with stunning views of the coastline, Seascape is a scenic and delightful property for your next adventure to Devon, within easy reach of two glorious sandy beaches, North Sands and South Sands.

The lower floor of the property boasts a large kitchen/diner, certain to entice any budding chefs and a great place to gather round the table to enjoy an evening meal with your loved ones or take your breakfast to the fabulous window seat and enjoy the views.

In the evenings, gather together in the sitting room, where a feature fireplace takes centre stage and you can either enjoy a glass of wine in front of the TV, or step out onto the balcony as you embrace to surrounding area and picturesque views.

There is also a double bedroom to escape to after a long day for rest, which benefits from use of a cloakroom with basin and WC.

Heading upstairs, there is a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a shower room, so you can wash away a day at the beach.

The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom as well as a juliette balcony, where you can open the patio doors and sit and enjoy the glorious harbour view, while the twin bedroom would be ideal for younger guests.

Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, along with a multi-level garden to the rear, with a patio and furniture to enjoy alfresco dining, plus a suntrap decking area with sun loungers, so you can lie back and soak up the sunshine.

The popular destination of Salcombe is great for families and walkers, with relaxing day's out to the beach, or access to the South West Coast Path for an ultimate walking adventure, or for those looking for an adventurous day out then try out some watersports on the estuary, with surfing, kayaking or even a more leisurely boat trip.

Salcombe boasts plenty of shops and bars to explore, as well as many restaurants and cafes serving locally sourced seafood, and don't forget to visit the Salcombe Maritime Museum and the 16th century Fort Charles.

Within driving distance is the Overbeck's Garden, a national trust property with woodland walks and subtropical gardens, which makes for a great day out with a picnic, there is also the Woodlands Family Theme Park.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
