“The Beach house has some issues with items which need renewing.”

Blinds in bedrooms old and broken which means the light gets in. ( I complained about this last year), French doors from living area and utility room door warped and don’t close. kitchen bin lid broken and doesn’t close. We also had issues with poor maintenance, no lights on stairs and oven left in a disgusting state.
