On the ground floor is a large en suite bedroom with two single beds.
On the first floor are two further bedrooms, a double with a small balcony overlooking the Fortescue pub, and a twin room with two single beds.
Additionally, there is a wet room with shower, w.c.
and wash basin.
On the second floor (attic level) is a spacious double room, with King-size bed and bay window boasting magnificent views of the estuary.
There is also a further small double room, and separate bathroom with bath/shower and separate w.c.
Parking for one car is provided on the quay in front of the property.

The Custom House is a listed building and as such has some interesting quirks, one of which is that it built directly onto the rocks that make up the shoreline.
This means that the walls absorb moisture when the tide comes in.
The walls are plastered with lime render which can cause flaking in some areas.
