The property

Woodwell is a beautifully presented holiday home boasting stunning 180-degree panoramic views out to sea, across to the sandy beaches of Mill Bay and Sunny Cove.

Designed by local, award-winning architects, this luxurious property sleeps eight. Situated in a peaceful location, enjoy a 10-minute walk down to unspoilt North Sands beach one way or into picturesque Salcombe the other way, to explore the pretty waterfront and the shops, restaurants and art galleries of this popular sailing town.

Ideal for special family holidays or celebrations with friends, the light, open plan living spaces and the very special Bulthaup kitchen, plus two large outside terraces, have all been designed with entertaining in mind and to make the most of the fabulous views. On the ground floor are four boutique bedrooms all with lovely estuary views (two en suite, three with super King-size beds, one double and one with twin beds).

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.

No pets permitted.
