The property

Links Cottage is a large detached family house on the exclusive Yarmer Estate in Thurlestone, boasting magnificent coastal and sea views from all the reception rooms and bedrooms.

Sleeping up to 12 people this spacious property has a beautiful, fully enclosed garden, and is ideally located within a short walk of the beach. From the driveway, offering parking for three cars, there are stone steps down to a side entrance, leading to the spacious, fantastically well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with seating for 12.

There is also a spacious, traditional sitting room with an open fire and window seat boasting magnificent views, a sun room with access to the terrace and garden, and a television room.

Also on this level are two shower rooms, a utility room, and one of the six bedrooms – a twin room with two single beds. On the first floor is a family bathroom which has a bath with shower screen and overhead shower, wash basin and separate WC.

The picturesque village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
