Orchard Brae is a spacious, handsome wing of a late Victorian residence, in a superb village position directly opposite Thurlestone Golf Club and its tennis courts, with excellent sandy beaches and the coastal path nearby as well as the village store, pub and Thurlestone Hotel sports and leisure facilities.

Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
