Orchard Brae is a spacious, handsome wing of a late Victorian residence in picturesque Thurlestone, with outstanding and uninterrupted South-facing views over landscaped gardens, the golf course and out to sea.
Located in an enviable position, with easy access on foot to the village’s pub, golf course and shop, the South West Coast Path and unspoilt beaches.
Approached via a drive, there is parking for two-three cars.
On the ground floor is a bright well-proportioned sitting room, comfortably furnished and with sliding doors to the terrace and garden.
A door leads to a sunny dining room with access to the terrace and garden. There is also a large, fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room, a utility room, and separate cloakroom.
On the ground floor is one of the three bedrooms - a twin room with two single beds and en suite shower room.
On the first floor is a master bedroom with King-size double bed and door out to a large balcony with excellent views of the sea and golf course.
On the first floor is a twin bedroom with two single beds and en suite shower room.
Both sets of twin beds can be linked together to create Super-King Size beds.
(This must be requested at time of booking).
Baby friendly-equipment supplied.
First floor has a newly refurbished family bathroom.
Outside is a lovely private garden and terrace area with garden furniture.
Plus a gate from garden to lane makes a useful short cut to golf course, beaches and coastal path!

The picturesque village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
