    “The property has all the quirkiness we love.”

    The roof top terrace with views toward Oddicombe are stunning and its location is perfect to be able to easily walk to the shops in St Mary Church and the beaches of Babbicombe and Oddicombe. The bonus of free parking permit to use in near by carpark really makes it the perfect place to stay. A comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom holiday home and a place we will definitely return to.

Nestled on a colourful road in the attractive suburb of St Marychurch, is this superb apartment, which is set over three floors, Park House.

An idyllic location, just a short stroll away from a sandy beach and a plethora of great attractions, Park House is the perfect home-from home for a family of six looking to escape to the stunning coast of Devon.

Park House boasts a lovely, grey exterior; step inside to discover the entrance hallway where you can house your shoes and coats before making your way up to the first floor.

Be welcomed into the sitting room, hosting plush sofas, and armchairs resting besides the window and a gas fire to warm up cooler days.

Flick through the Smart TV for some entertainment or gather around the dining table to enjoy a board game or pack of cards with your loved ones.

There is a well-equipped kitchen to prepare home-cooked meals, make use of the electric oven and gas hob to rustle up tasty treats and be sure to utilise the dishwasher to assist with the cleaning up.

Savour the charming views over to Torquay from the rooftop terrace, where you will be able to view the sea in the distance; take a leisurely seat on the outdoor furniture as you watch the world go by.

As the sky grows dark, head back inside and find the family bathroom for an indulgent soak amongst the bubbles in the corner bath or opt for the overhead shower.
