Anchor Ley is located in the heart of the coastal village of Torcross, adjacent to the freshwater lake (Ley) of Slapton Nature Reserve and about 250 metres walk from the beach.
There is a pub, takeaway and cafe based in the village and an large farm shop/garden centre with cafe, butchers,and other daily provisions as well as an on site brewery, interiors shop and pop up craft shops only a few minutes walk towards Stokenham.
An entrance porch leads to the hallway and small utility area housing washer/dryer and freezer, then on to the three ground floor bedrooms.

A second double bedroom, also with lovely views, has a King-size (5') zip and link bed (can be split on request to create 2 x 2'6" single beds).
The third bedroom has full-size bunk beds.
On the ground floor is a family bathroom with bath/power shower (over) and on the first floor a further shower room.
Stairs from the entrance lead into a spacious open-plan sitting/dining room with stunning views, comfortable sofas, TV/Sky, DVD, CD/hifi with iPod dock and wood burning stove (logs supplied for first fire).
Dining area with oak table, chairs and plenty of CDs, DVDs and over 30 board games!
Adjacent to the dining area is a cosy snug with sofa, television, PlayStation 2.
There is a modern kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
To the front of the property, with views over the Ley, is an enclosed garden with lawn, decked area, table and chairs, and a brick built barbeque.
Bicycles and play equipment are available for guest use.
Private drive for two cars a small boat trailer.
Up to two well behaved dogs permitted.
