In an elevated position above dog-friendly South Sands, Oversteps House is an impressive eight-bedroom detached holiday home with a stunning interior and spectacular views.

Capable of housing up to 16 guests in total comfort, Oversteps House is dog-friendly, meaning your four-legged friend can also lap up a little luxury.

The owners even provide a welcome pack for pets including a dog bed, bowl, treats, poop bags and suggested walks. As Oversteps House is situated on the South West Coast Path and just 100 m from the beach, you’ll find it perfectly suited for a big family gathering with Fido included.

Immaculately presented throughout, the exterior of the property is similarly special, with a large first-floor balcony which runs the full length of the house and includes a garden table which can seat up to eight. At ground level, there’s a wooden table with bench seating with enough space for all 16 guests.

Spindrift, a single-storey detached house, sits on the edge of a peaceful, mostly residential development just a few minutes’ walk from Thurlestone village and a spectacular stretch of the South West Coast Path. Ideal for large families and couples holidaying together, Spindrift’s rooms are spacious and luxuriously appointed, from the comfortable lounge with its high vaulted ceiling to the four sumptuous bedrooms.

The well-equipped kitchen has an adjacent utility area and there’s a small children’s playroom with games, toys and books for younger children, and a TV and an Xbox One console.

This property, which can accept two well-behaved dogs, also has a good-sized, mature garden laid mainly to lawn at the front of the house, where there is also a terrace area with a table and chairs. To the rear is a further narrow area of lawn.
