A holiday property can be a great investment, not only in terms of the equity and value of the property but also the income generated from letting it out. But take it from us the day to day management isn’t always easy. However we know that some owners would prefer to be in control of various aspects of property management. That’s why we offer two distinct service options.
Let us take the pressure off you with our full marketing, administration and management service. If you don’t live locally or don’t have the time to hire and work with a local caretaker we’ll handle everything for you, all you’ll need to do is cover the costs of cleaning and laundry. We’ll check the property before and after each booking, handling key collection, maintenance and cleaning and laundry. That way you can be assured that your investment is being cared for and that guests always experience the highest quality of service and presentation. We will also cover booking enquiries, payments, correspondence and other sundry duties.
If you prefer the idea of being hands on with your property we can deal with the marketing and administration duties such as bookings and payments but let you handle the changeover management, presentation and cleaning as well as out of hours emergency support and maintenance. This type of service works well if you live locally or have the time and resources to work in conjunction with a local caretaker of your choice.
Here are further details of our services:
■ No registration fees for brochure and/or website listings.
■ Full range of professional promotional images produced at our cost. Subsequent images will be at your cost unless the property is significantly altered.
■ All properties are assessed annually by VisitEngland to a minimum Four Star standard. Initial assessment is at our cost, but subsequent assessments are charged for.
■ We can provide you with a quote from several cleaning companies and contractors in the area. Size of property and location will impact charges.
■ We can supply all linen and towels on a hire basis. Charges vary but average at £10 per person for a six bed property. If you wish to supply your own we can offer quotes for laundry services.
