Coast & Country Cottages go for Gold with Customer Service Award

Coast & Country Cottages are delighted to have been awarded a Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation by the Global Feedback Engine Feefo. This prestigious national accreditation highlights those businesses that have consistently delivered great customer service.

Feefo is one of the world’s most trusted suppliers of ratings and reviews, generating genuine feedback about registered businesses, based on feedback directly from customers. To gain a Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation, businesses have to achieve an average service rating of between 95%-100%. Since initially joining the Feefo scheme in 2014, customers with Coast & Country Cottages have consistently rated the agency highly – currently, the agency have an average service rating of 98%!

Since acquiring the company in 2001, Andrew and Karen Jones have successfully grown the business from 180 properties to over 400 and their locally based team from just 3 people to nearly 30 permanent staff.

This is the second recent national award scooped by locally based Coast & Country Cottages, who won the prize of Best UK Holiday Cottage/Self Catering Booking Company (small) in the prestigious 2014 British Travel Awards last November.
