Mill Grange offers lovely views towards the creek and surrounding woodland belonging to descendants of Sir Walter Raleigh, which can be enjoyed both from the terrace and the sitting room.

Small boats can be launched at high tide from Old Mill Creek, with Dartmouth, Dittisham and Totnes all within easy reach.
