Our ‘Property Services’ team, headed by Nick Seedhouse (Property Services Manager) provide a complete ‘in-house’ maintenance, housekeeping and project management service to support property owners and holiday guests throughout the year and to ensure our accommodation is presented to the highest standards possible
The team offer a range of services for owners including property (changeover) cleaning, laundry management, waste collection, annual property inspections, statutory safety and other assessments (see Legal Obligations) and full project management of building and other works – in association with local contractors – such as decorating, kitchen/bathroom refurbishments, replacement flooring, electrical installations and even complete property redevelopment and design.
Our team also act as a ‘First Response’ for emergency calls received from holiday guests – this service is available 24 hours/day, 365 days/year as is designed to offer immediate support with property maintenance issues, lock-outs/lost keys and/or other difficulties in a bid to ensure minimal disruption to the guest’s holiday. As our experienced team boasts extensive property maintenance skills and have a wide network of associate contractors and suppliers many of these issues are rectified within a matter of hours rather than days!
In addition the Property Services team co-ordinate Winter checks for all managed properties and are happy to offer help and advice to all owners at the end of a busy season. The team can arrange decorating, ‘Spring’ cleaning and other remedial maintenance works over this quieter period to help bring a property back up to the required standard for the season ahead.
