“The cottage is lacking in some basics, for example there are no facilities to dry clothes.”

This is a family property, near the beach, with a washing machine provided, but no way to dry clothes! The shower screen in the main bathroom is poor & leaks all over the floor when you are shower. The lamp in the childrens bedroom doesn't work, & the blind cord on the front door is broken.
