LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A comfortable well decorated L-shaped lounge with wood burning stove, two 2-seater sofas, cane armchair, TV with freesat, video, DVD, Playstation and mini CD hi-fi. There is also a toy box with board games and children's books/videos provided for the younger members of the party. Old pine dining table with seating for six people.
BEDROOMS Three, all with stripped pine flooring. Bedroom 1 with a 4'6"pine double bed, pine wardrobes and an en suite shower room with Mira shower, w.c. and hand basin. Bedroom 2 with twin 3' pine beds, wardrobes and pine chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 on the top floor with twin 3' pine beds and views towards Batson. N.B. Duvets, pillows and bed linen included. Tenants require towels and tea towels.
BATHROOM with bath, Mira shower (over), w.c. and wash-hand basin.
GARDEN Good sized, South facing terrace with outdoor lighting, hanging baskets (in season), garden furniture and barbeque. Steps up to small lawned area.
PARKING Parking for one or two cars opposite the property on a private road.
OTHER INFORMATION Carpet and stripped pine flooring with partial double glazing. Gas central heating and hot water. A flight of steps lead up to the property from Bonaventure Road.
A great place to stay. Handy local shop about 200 yards from the back door. Lots of games, Playstation and Sky TV etc. Very clean, modern equipment, comfortable beds, lovely garden and excellent decor and pictures.
