It is located in a quiet area to the side of the building and features lovely headland and sea views.  It was beautifully refurbished in 2011/ 2012.

ENTRANCE Into a spacious hallway with a wooden chest of drawers, airing/coats cupboard and cushioned wood flooring.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Open-plan living area featuring a modern, well equipped kitchen with marble worktops, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and hob. BEDROOMS Three in total.  The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an armchair, two sets of drawers, flatscreen TV, Freeview and integrated DVD.  There are matching bedside tables, and plenty of hanging space.  This bedroom has lovely views across the gardens and to the sea beyond. There is an en suite shower room with large powerful shower, w.c., handbasin. heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and shaver point. The comfortable second bedroom has two single beds, matching bedside table and lamps and built-in wardrobe with integral chest of drawers. The third bedroom has high quality full-size bunk beds of the highest quality, bedside table with light and a further small table. N.B. All duvets, bed linen and towels (excluding cot linen and beach towels) are included.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Include travel cot and highchair.

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, w.c., handbasin, heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and shaver point.

OUTSIDE COVERED PATIO AREA Accessible from the rear French doors and perfect for outside dining is a large patio with garden table and seating for six to capture the wonderful sunsets over the Thurlestone headland and sea beyond. The patio leads directly into 1.5 acres of  landscaped communal gardens which include a sheltered sunken garden and barbecue area. 

PARKING Designated parking for one car as per your apartment number within 30m level walk of your front door.
