Wedgwood is a large, semi-detached family house over three floors, furnished and equipped to a good standard throughout.
LOCATION Towards the upper end of Allenhayes Road yet within 5-10 minutes of Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops, pubs and restaurants.
VIEWS Good views over the main anchorage from the upper floors.
ENTRANCE A path with two sets of steps leads up to the ground floor entrance. Porch area with door down to garage/utility area below. Hallway through to reception rooms and stairs.
SITTING ROOM On the ground floor is a comfortable sitting room with sofa, chair, open fireplace, TV, CD/radio/iPod unit and door through to kitchen.

BEDROOMS Four in total. On the first floor is a double room with super King-size bed (6') and built-in wardrobe. Also at this level is a twin room with two wood-framed single beds, and a bunk bedded room (with basin) for children only. At the second floor attic level, accessed via open-wooden stairs, is the master bedroom with King-size bed, wardrobe and drawers, DAB radio, wash-hand basin and slipper bath with hand-held shower. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A travel cot and highchair are provided.
SHOWER ROOM* In addition to the master bedroom slipper bath etc. is a family shower room on the first floor with large shower cubicle, w.c. and wash-hand basin. There is an additional, separate w.c. next to the shower room.
OUTSIDE Private terrace area with table and chairs and small area of sloping lawn. Gate to the rear of the house with direct access to Allenhayes Lane.
PARKING For one medium sized car in garage with additional off-road spaces usually available close by.
OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpeted with painted wooden flooring in the main bedroom and on stairs. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Smokers are not permitted. One well-behaved dog is allowed on the ground floor only. Wireless broadband available for internet access.
