It was a bonus having a parking space which was not too far away. A downside was the lack of outside space attached to the cottage for our dogs to be ‘let loose’ although in one of the photos it looks like there is a courtyard, however, this is a private garden area for a different property and gated. The cottage was very well situated being adjacent to the main village precinct which had independent shops, such as bakers, butchers and fishmongers and small supermarkets very close by. ...

The cottage was very well situated being adjacent to the main village precinct which had independent shops, such as bakers, butchers and fishmongers and small supermarkets very close by. There were also a few nice coffee shops and bars. It was also a short drive into Torquay and the rest of Torbay could be easily reached.
