Absolutely stunning.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 5 Sails. The property more than exceeded our expectations. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and it's very comfortable. The views are fantastic and having the balcony to sit out on made very enjoyable afternoons. It was also great to be able to see and hear the steam train on the other side of the river. The photos do not do it justice! The parking space was more than ample for our SUV and also meant we could just leave the car there and explore Dartmouth on foot. We are already planning our next visit!
5 Sails is a superb apartment, fitted and equipped to a very high standard, and with a panoramic view of the river, Kingswear, the moving steam train and the boating activity.
Views like this are usually only seen in Hollywood movies. And with the benefit of a lift, easy access to the level promenade and the town's facilities it meets most needs. The final piece of the jigsaw is the parking space beneath. So valuable!
The Absolute Business!
Easily the best place to stay in Dartmouth. The Apartment and the view are second to None. Home from Home. The underground Parking is a Huge Bonus. We are spoiled now as it’s going to be hard to find an Equivalent. We will 100% return. Two small issues the Hot water stopped working instantly remedied by the immersion switch. The little old Lady on the floor below has a small Yappy dog which she lets out on the Balcony and it barks continuously.
