What guests are saying
It was a clean well equipt.
beutifull .we will return .
Most well equipped property we have stayed in.
Home from home. Lovely furnishings. Beautiful view from upstairs lounge. Fabulous sunrise in mornings. Quiet location. Easy drive to many seaside towns. Totnes and Salcombe our favorite. Highly recommend.
Extremely well equipped and spacious.
Great location - central for Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Dartmouth etc. Local Spar shop is pretty useless and nothing else in the village so get your groceries and takeaways from Kingsbridge. The detached garden is enclosed so good for kids and dogs. It also has a rotary washing line if you need to do any laundry. Only a few small issues eg the lounge rug is very grubby and needs a clean, the non stick on the oven trays is peeling and they should be replaced and the downstairs smells a bit musty. We did open the windows in the hall and bedrooms and the odour was better. Parking is very easy, just watch out for the one way system in the village. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the barn.
