Although not open on Christmas Day itself, we couldn’t help but recommend one of our favourite restaurants in South Devon, Rockfish. Why not warm up to the big day by heading to Rockfish on Christmas Eve (open until 3pm) for a festive seafood feast? Although a roast dinner topped with lashings of stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy may never get old, sometimes you can’t beat seafood, because why not when you’re holidaying in South Devon, famous for some of the best, mouth-watering fresh fish in the country? The relaxed and friendly atmosphere, topped with recycled Christmas decorations and colouring in kids activities allows you to celebrate without a care in the world. After all, you can never have enough fluffy battered fish and chips, it’s a British classic! Explore their delicious food options here (menu available completely gluten free).
