Galvayne takes advantage of the full managed service that Coast & Country Cottages offer to owners, with our local Dartmouth office just 1 mile from the property. This bespoke service suits owners who don’t live nearby, and would prefer to be less hands on. Coast & Country Cottages co-ordinate cleaning services, operate changeovers, including bed linen and towels, and carry out property checks to ensure high standards are met.

The Coast & Country Cottages team are so quick to respond to any problems, improvements, or issues with guests and they always do it with a smile. We live 160 miles away from our holiday let in Dartmouth, so their help is invaluable. A few months ago, we had to get a new rug for the house. Coast & Country Cottages organised for it to be put into the house and for the old one to be disposed of. We really couldn’t manage without them.
We do long-term letting as well but holiday letting is much more fun. Guests really appreciate a well presented, well equipped and well managed holiday home and it is great when you get the good feedback.
It is a mix of couples, groups of 4, adults and families with teenagers. They all seem to love the property and treat it really well.

The view is what people like the best. We also have 2 parking spaces and parking is very difficult in Dartmouth. It is easy walking distance to shops, pubs, and restaurants too.
We love the buzz of Dartmouth. It is lively all year round and the locals are very welcoming.
