The property

A substantial detached property with fabulous rural and distant sea views from the superb new balcony, garden and terrace.

The reverse level accommodation is very tastefully presented throughout and is ideally suited to a large family group looking to explore the beautiful surrounding coast and countryside.

Bolberry Down is an area of rugged National Trust land between Hope Cove and Salcombe, only a few minutes drive from the village of Malborough and a short walk to The Port Light pub/restaurant and South West Coast Path. A large and very spacious hallway has recently had the benefit of new flooring.

Beyond the dining area, through double doors is a separate room ideal for a quiet read or children's escape!

The recently renovated Ocean Reach restaurant and bar is a must visit destination in Bolberry, with stunning sea views and locally sourced food. Take advantage of the beautiful scenic coastline, by walking to Salcombe, via the popular East Soar Outdoor Experience, with a delightful barn on the headland, just above picturesque Salcombe, providing an ideal opportunity to indulge in delicious homemade cakes and cosy warm drinks, as well as outdoor education for kids. Alternatively, Hope Cove is only 8-10 minutes’ drive away, and Salcombe just a 12-15 minute car journey.
