    “The property was ok.”

    The owner upstairs had dogs that we could hear above us.the un shower mat was filthy and the plug waste inside the shower had weeks of dirt in it .I spoke to the owner but he did not resolve matters.i am elderly and needed a non slip mat but wasn't given.one nor did a cleaner attempt to clean the shower waste.i am very disappointed.i asked for compensation.so far I have had no reply.
