True to what is described, lovely and amazing accommodation, just prefect

Excellent accomodation and it was nice to see it so clean on arrival.

A lovely modern kitchen with fabulous facilities and the shower had great water pressure. Everything explained perfectly in the book with how to go about things. Overall this was definitely a 10/10 and we will return in the future. The location is perfect and extremely comfortable.

This property is so good we visited a 2nd time, just 9 weeks after the first.

This time it was even better! Basics which we felt were missing 1st time, although not detracting from our stay, were there on this 2nd visit, thanks to the exceptional support from the Coast & Country Cottages team at the local Dartmouth office. Nothing more to say in respect of the property than in my April review. Things to do - we especially enjoyed a drive to Dittisham where we parked at the top of the village and walked down to the ferry across to the NT property Greenway, Agatha Christie's hoilday retreat. Lovely house & gardens.

C & C Dartmouth brilliant can't say the same about Parent Company, No 3 just perfect for the two of us.

Couple of small faults that C & C were sorting with Owner but neither effected our enjoyment of No 3 so will be back again soon. Stephen & Sandra.

We think the property is of excellent quality and found the locale, environment, structure, décor, presentation and comfort to be more than adequate.

I should add that we have high standards! The property, on a complex of what appear to be holiday homes, is tastefully presented with the grounds kept in excellent order. Although we were there at Easter weekend, outside it was quiet throughout. Internally the property was very clean and very well presented. The mezzanine sleeping accommodation with the 2 single beds is a pleasant little quirk. We should have stayed longer. There is so much to do in the area. Our biggest delight - Fast Rabbit Farm Garden, just minutes away from 3 Keepers Cottage. In our opinion, a must see. Would we recommend this place? Most definitely and we will be back!
