“We had a brilliant stay at 13 Above Town.”

The views from the balconies are hard to explain and photos don’t quite do it justice, but we’d come back just for the views! The layout of the house was great, the location was fab, and the house had (pretty much) everything you needed. We were a family of four adults and two dogs and had plenty of space. The layout of the house was great, the location was fab, and the house had (pretty much) everything you needed. We were a family of four adults and two dogs and had plenty of space. We also find the guide/book left by the owners with lots of tips and opinions very helpful. There were only two things I think could be improved - the garden was a little overgrown and felt a little neglected, which was a shame as it could have been beautiful. There were a few things missing that we typically expect to be included for the price, including bin bags and dishwasher tablets. However, these small things wouldn’t stop me recommending the house to friends and family, or from coming back ourselves!

Laura, thank you very much for your positive review. We bought the house for the views - because there is always something to look at whatever the weather, whatever the time of year. Thank you, also, for pointing out that the garden was overgrown and that there were no bin bags or dishwasher tablets. We pay for a welcome pack for every guest that includes these items - and have a gardener that should visit every month. We will be contacting Coast & Country to ask that these matters are attended to. In the meantime, please accept our apologies for these annoying oversights. We do hope that you return. We promise not to change the views! Property Owner
