15 Dart Marina

This apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and pristine.

You can spend hours gazing out of the patio doors at the beautiful view. We would not hesitate to return there. Just a small point, the twin beds in the second bedroom are very firm and may not suit everyone.

This is our 3rd visit .

We had a wonderful stay at this 5* property it was clean and tidy and would highly recommend it.

A fabulous riverside apartment with every facility you could require.

Spacious and beautifully furnished with a wonderful view. Flat picturesque walk along the promenade to the town centre for shops, cafes and restaurants. The nearest pub serving food is just a very short walk away. A perfect spot for a wonderful holiday.

We were delighted to stay at No 15 as the view is amazing, the apartment is spacious and luxurious and spotlessly clean.

We would just like to mention that we were unable to open the doors to the balcony which didn’t matter to us in March but may disappoint visitors later in the season. We loved our stay- felt reassured by friendly staff at the office that they were there to help if needed. It was just a perfect relaxing stay - thank you.

Love this apartment.

Stayed in several in Dart Marina over the years and this is one of our favourites. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, very well maintained & with everything we needed to self cater for a week.

Excellent quality accommodation overlooking the Dart estuary and marina.

This is our second stay at 15 Dart Marina and we have booked for next year.

We enjoyed our stay in this 5* appartment.The appartment is well equiped. You cannot fault the views over the marina and across the river dart .The location is ideal being close to the town and only a short walk to town centre.

This is a lovely first floor apartment.

We've stayed before in no.13 which is just as lovely on the ground floor below but no.15 has more age appropriate lounge seating for us "oldies". The "bucket" seats that swivel to look in to the lounge or out to the river. And the reclining sofas. Very comfortable. We were relieved to find the lift worked efficiently as climbing stairs to the first floor would have been difficult for us, particularly with luggage. Just one observation: much lighter duvets would have be better for summer time.

Absolutely stunning apartment with views you would never get tired of. Parking space is a real bonus. Perfect location. Just a short, flat walk into Dartmouth, with plenty of great places to eat. We will definitely return.

Beautiful furnishings. Well equipped kitchen, with quality appliances. One if the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Great location, quiet but close to shops and restaurants. Could never get tired of the view!!.

Just one thought regards en suite…shower head dirty and sealant black in places. Not a big issue as the vacation and accommodation first class.

Apartment has everything to have the perfect stay. Have already booked a return visit as we enjoyed it that much.

I booked at short notice of 1 day and our requests were met to our delight.

The Team were efficient and friendly and were very helpful . It was a pleasure to be treated so well and the accommodation was excellent and will book again in the near future

A beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing views over the river Dart.

A lovely place to relax and unwind with the town of Dartmouth a short walk along the embankment. We really enjoyed the stay and hope to return.

A beautifully kept property with plenty of space and an amazing view whatever the weather.

Master bedroom ensuite is a very generous size. We feel that the property description should include the fact that there is a lift, which could be deal maker for those not wanting to use stairs. The allocated parking space is a real plus.

This property is excellent.

The info on the web site is accurate, but fails to explain that it has the advantage of being much more spacious that a typical 2 bed flat - all rooms, including both bathrooms, are large, and there is a big hall furnished as a study meaing in effect there are two living rooms One of our party has mobility difficulties; in fact this propery is ideal for them as it is easy and safe for a car to stop for a few minutes immediately outside the street entrance, there is no significant step at that entrance or at the flat's own entrance, and a lift. But none of that was stated in the web description and none of the Sykes team could provide that informaiton. I urge the property owner to ensure Sykes has an Access Statement available.
