Wonderful view and viewing seats across the road.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Dishwasher had its difficulties.Steep hill to the property. Property on ground floor but steps into and inside the property.

We had a fabulous time at 18 southtown road dartmouth cleanliness was second to non and with everything to hand just a short walk into town we couldn't have hoped for better we will definitely be back

The property was in an ideal place for us - just a short walk up a gentle slope from the town and with superb views of Kingswear, the Dart River and a short walk the other way to Dartmouth Castle.

The car parking worked out well using the included parking permit in the main town carpark. The property was immaculate - freshly decorated, beautifully clean and generally very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We are already planning our next stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at your comfortable, welcoming cottage.

Good to be in a cared for, tastefully furnished place. Beds are excellent. Always my measure of a quality place. Thank you.

Scrupulously clean, warm, welcoming and beautiful views too! Bed we find very comfortable but the settees slightly uncomfortable but hey! - sit in the window and look at the view!! Everything provided including a welcome pack.

The apartment was lovely.

Great views and a good location in town. Th apartment was sparkling clean, all the items in the kitchen were top quality, bed linen was beautiful. Our only issue is with the parking which we realised might be a problem but it was worse than we envisaged. The free parking did help though.

The apartment was excellent.

Beautifully presented, spacious, meticulously clean and well stocked . It was close to the centre of Dartmouth so not necessary to use the car. All the arrangements for picking up keys etc were well arranged and the staff were very helpful. Altogether an excellent holiday despite varied weather.

The house was spotlessly clean and surprisingly large for what is essentially a flat.

The facilities were brilliant, like a home from home; everything you could need was available. The view from the front window was just what we wanted and despite it being on the road, it wasn’t too noisy. No negatives to report, we will definitely be returning and hope it’s just as lovely as the first time.

First-class accommodation everything you could possibly need was supplied, spotlessly clean, the view over the dart breathtaking and so interesting with all the shipping coming and going.

The Art and antique shops really good for browsing, eating facilities first class, "maybe a little pricey" but good food, the only problem was parking, the car parks being absolutely full most of the time. The river and railway excursions an absolute must!. We are hoping to visit next year, fully recommend your company, and the staff in the Dartmouth office, who were excellent

Had a very enjoyable stay, probably one of the best equipped holiday lets that we’ve stayed in!

A couple of (very minor) suggestions, i hooks on the bedroom door would be very useful and a waterproof bath mat in the shower room would solve the problem of getting the carpet wet after a shower!

We have rented several properties in Dartmouth over the years & this was by far the best for location, value for money & facilities.

The kitchen is very well equipped & the beds very comfortable. The view is lovely & we had no trouble finding a parking space.

Generally, very good, but the bathrooms and some furnishings are dated and jaded eg.

the large sofa cushions have lost their shape and become too hard to sit on comfortably. The modern kitchen is very well equipped and the riverfront situation is very convenient with striking views.
