Our second stay in this beautiful house which has stunning views over the harbour and bay.

Easy access via keybox. Flight of steps to the right leads to town centre, steep but we managed! Parking pass appreciated. Sitting outside on the balcony for our evening meal was wonderful. All amenities and furnishings were good. We will be back!

Great property, great views and well positioned with access to the town If you don’t mind lots of steps a steep climb I would definitely recommend

Nice view, some issues like no locks on bedroom doors, also toilets were hard to flush, the best one was down stairs in the laundry, cutlery needs updated, some plates were still dirty from previous occupants, top bedroom not suitable for adults.

The house is really nice.

Location and harbour view from the balcony are excellent. Allover we can really recommend this accommodation. Just one personal note (although this may really be a personal sensitivity): The mattresses (spring core?) aren't very comfortable. Even through the thick toppers, you can still feel the springs.

It was fine.

... but nothing more, had very average support from your head office who, while acknowledging my issues, did absolutely nothing to solve them other than suggesting I go out and buy the dishwasher tablets, bin bags and cleaning items I needed myself!! There was nothing in the house for basic needs, I don't need the customary scones and jam that many companies offer as a welcome but there wasn't event salt in the cruet set, no kitchen bin etc Quite a bit of the decor is a tired, holes in the wall in the toilet where the loo roll holder had fallen out and been re installed, a big stain on the wall, mirror fallen off the wall above the sink unit, fridge door broken, stains on the carpets etc. It was clean though, the cleaners obviously doing their best with what was there.

Really love the property.

4th or 5th visit. Great views over the river, Kingswear and out to the castle. Staying again in May. Of particular note is the fact that the property is always cosy and warm- which is just as well when taking a break in the UK in March

We found dirty tissues in one of the bedrooms and some rubbish left by the bin.

Your advice was to bring some tea towels which we did, these were supplied but not dish cloth!! Crockery and cutlery all muddled up together which does not give a good first impression. The house was lovely and warm and the view stunning.

The property was just as described & pictured.

Lovely house & location. The one thing I would mention which wasn't a problem as such but thought you may like to know, was that we moved one of the sofas to look for something I'd dropped and found a load of old crisps underneath it along with a lighter & a disposable vape. As I said it wasn't really a problem & we cleaned it up & disposed of the items but thought should mention it as clearly it was left from the previous occupiers.

3rd time at the property.

Love the views from the balcony. Good value for a 4 bed property in that location. Had an issue with the front door lock and Coast and Country sent someone out to check out the problem within the hour.
