    “This was an exceptional property and we had an amazing stay.”

    The property is really comfortable and spacious with amazing views. We really appreciated the range and quantity of kitchen equipment and crockery and the little touches like a tea towel, washing up liquid, dish brush, and soap in all bathrooms - which made such a difference on a short stay. The only negatives really were the fridge door which was hard to open as the front panel would not stay attached and this was a little annoying, and a light not working in one bedroom but these didn’t ...

    The property is really comfortable and spacious with amazing views. We really appreciated the range and quantity of kitchen equipment and crockery and the little touches like a tea towel, washing up liquid, dish brush, and soap in all bathrooms - which made such a difference on a short stay. The only negatives really were the fridge door which was hard to open as the front panel would not stay attached and this was a little annoying, and a light not working in one bedroom but these didn’t detract from our stay. Not the owners fault but the saddest thing for us was the out of order lift as with an elderly parent with us (90) it was one of the reasons for choosing the property and really impacted on his ability to get out and about during the week as the stairs were a challenge for him. Fortunately the amazing views from the lounge made up for this.

On Dartmouth's North Embankment, this roomy riverside apartment boasts a great location with stunning panoramic views of the River Dart.

2 Lee Court is a terrific choice for couples and families wanting to experience this popular coastal town.

Upon arriving, park in the private garage or town centre car park.

The lift is currently out of order so please use the stairwell to access the first floor.

As soon as you enter the living/dining room, you will be drawn to the dual aspect windows with views of the river; sit on the sofa and take in the view of the waterfront.

Enter the kitchen, which has gloss cabinets and several integrated appliances, such as a washing machine and dishwasher.

There are three great bedrooms to choose from including the master bedroom with a king-size bed and gorgeous direct river views.

This bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower.

There are also two twin rooms, one with an en suite bathroom and the other with Jack-and-Jill access to a shower room.

Both are tastefully decorated and have plenty of storage space.

When you're ready to explore the area, the embankment of the River Dart is on your doorstep.

It is less than a 5 minute walk to Royal Avenue Gardens, cafes and public tennis courts.

Sugary Cove Beach is a wonderful, isolated beach with views over the River Dart, and Dartmouth Fortress, a 15th-century castle, is also nearby.

Visit the Dartmouth Museum, which is great for sightseeing, while Bayard's Cove Fort and the Royal Avenue Gardens offer breathtaking views.

If you are hungry, there are several wonderful pubs and restaurants in the town, or you can simply pick up some fish and chips on the way home.

With all of this and the neighbouring fantastic attractions of Totnes and Brixham, a break at 2 Lee Court is guaranteed to be full of unforgettable experiences.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands, and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular and just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
