The second apartment we have used in Dartmouth House, number 6 is well appointed, convenient and generally a lovely place to stay.
An excellently located apartment for exploring South Hams.
Very clean and well equipped. Parking is a real bonus.
Fan in main bathroom not working which resulted in a very damp musty smelling bathroom.
Not nice to be in at all. Reported twice before anything was done, but apparently it had already been reported by the previous occupants the week before but nothing had been done. Apart from this we really liked the property. It was well equipped and very central.
