  • “Hello, I have be using No13 for some time unfortunately we missed 2 weeks there earlier in the year due to Coronavirus and we were forst by the government restriction due to the corridor situation in Dartmouth house not to use this flat and to find other accommodation that had their own front door (so to speak) The holiday I have just come back from at No 13 was Very good but due to myself and my husband acquiring a Toy Poodle were unable to use this accommodation so I took a friend to the flat who thougth No 13 was one the best accommodation in Dartmouth that She had used as I and my husband do also.”

    (I was so very sad that my husband and Lily could not join us but the flat is not Small Dog friendly just to say. She is being shortly trained to be a 'Hearing Dog' for my husband is obedient even now. We have booked another flat in Dartmouth house that is Dog friendly and are staying there next month.. Also we have a booking already for 2022 at No 13 before acquiring Lily so I may have to lose my deposit on that as I is not transferable? Bye for now... HAPPY HOLIDAYS IN Dartmouth. And Sunny Wishes. The Cotswold Lady. So sad as I say that we will not be able to use No 13 again.

The property

A Juliet balcony boasts views over rooftops towards the countryside, and with a river 'glimpse' of the River Dart.

The dining area has an oak table seating five.

Kitchen has fitted units, electric oven, four-ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

En suite double room has a oak framed super-King size bed (6'), matching bedside units and drawers, fitted wardrobe and bucket chair.

The fully tiled en suite has a shower and w.c.

The second bedroom is a twin with two sprung based single beds.

In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with laminate flooring, bath and hand held shower attachment, plus w.c.

Baby friendly equipment is available, including a travel cot and highchair.

Wheelchair access to this property is particularly good as the development has a lift from the private underground parking space.
