    “Lovely apartment this was our 2nd stay here Amazing views Well equipped The wifi was not working , this was fixed the day before we vacated The code for the bin store doesn't work, 1 of the residents was going to report this to the management company We found the bed to be quite hard.”

The property

Leeside is a well presented and conveniently located ground floor flat with lovely river views and private parking in the very heart of Dartmouth.

The comfortably furnished accommodation is all on one level and is an ideal base for a couple or young family looking for a good quality holiday retreat within walking distance of the town’s amenities. The property is located in Lee Court.

A short flight of steps lead up to the main entrance, with level access internally to the ground floor apartment.

The sitting/dining room is a very comfortable and well equipped area with wonderful views across the river and towards Kingswear opposite.

The sitting room has a large sofa and two chairs, flatscreen TV with DVD player and occasional furniture.

A dining area has a table and chairs to seat four.

The adjacent kitchen has a four-ring electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms in total.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed and TV.

A twin room (ideally set up for children) has two small single beds and wardrobe. The family bathroom has a bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.

A separate cloakroom has a w.c.
