Quay Lodge

Generally, the property is in good condition - we have stayed here for the last two years, and its reassuring that we can depend on everything working - there is some minor work needed to restain the outside woodwork, and the step to the rear bedroom is decaying - the outside seating would benefit from having the correct cushions for the seats - but I stress these are minor comments, it is a well equipped property and we had an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic apartment, spent most of the time on the balcony as the weather was very hot,15 minutes walk into town along side the river, watching the boats and fish in the river, wonderful

Lovely apartment with good views of the quay.

Quiet and secluded making it a great get away if your looking for peace and tranquility. Great location within walking distance of Dartmouth. The apartment was clean and comfy with everything we needed although some oven gloves would have been handy. We had to dispose of our recycling rubbish at the local supermarket which when your on holiday you expect to have bins provided we have never had to do this before. There is parking available in a garage under the property however if you have a big family car you will certainly have difficulty reversing in to it, we were aware of this before we booked but did not realise how awkward it would be. Luckily for us our car is not to big. Would definitely recommend this place and would certainly return to this property. The bonus was the weather was absolutely beautiful making our stay so much more enjoyable.

As always we had a lovely, relaxing time at Quay lodge.

Gorgeous place and wonderful location, perfectly placed to walk into town.

Couldn't have asked for anymore, only perhaps some half decent weather which wasn't kind to us this time, but we still had a wonderful time.

Enjoyable break - very positive about the spacious flat and its facilities - the bathroom was very impressive - on the minor downside, a couple of times the electricity cut out ( quickly sorted by shutting the supply down and rebooting ) , the garage was a tight fit, we cleared a number of external cobwebs ourselves, the woodstaining was showing signs of wear, not unusual in a coastal setting.

But the flat was above our expectations, and the local residents were friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely holiday at Quay Lodge & were amazed at the size of the property.

Having the garage was a bonus but be aware the garage does go back at an angle so reversing in is a must. The owners have put this in their booklet inside the property but sadly we put the car in forwards before we read the literature and scraped the driverside door ( our fault entirely). We loved the blinds inside the windows panes

This was our fifth stay at Quay Lodge and just as enjoyable as the first.

Everything was just as we would like it at home. The only comment I would make is the big increase in price for next year, we paid £932 this year and for the same week next year it's risen to £1,432. I'm not sure how this can be explained.

Lovely property in a very good location, pub and pop up bar close by and easy access into town.

Weather was good so made use of balconies and terrace. Garage a bonus in Dartmouth Slight issue with controls on window blinds but these have been reported. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon. Thank you Gary and Dawn

Clean, comfortable with all amenities you would want including garage which is rare in the town.

Lovely having a patio and balcony. We have been staying here many times and the decor and furniture have been kept up to date. We will definitely be coming again!

Wonderful balcony with great views. Immaculately clean with everything you could need perfect position to explore Dartmouth from.
