Seaview is a contemporary holiday home that spans three storeys and is located in the charming town of Dartmouth in Devon.

Two bedrooms, one a 2'6 zip/link twin and the other a king-size with a dressing area, a cupboard housing a washing machine, and an en-suite bathroom, are located on the ground level.

Next, head upstairs to the first floor, where you'll find two more bedrooms: a king-size with en-suite shower room and TV, and a 2'6 twin with zip/link and TV, providing you with plenty of options for where you and your guests will lay your heads.

In addition to the tastefully decorated bedrooms on this floor, there is also a sleek shower room where you can freshen up after an adventure filled day.

On the second floor, you'll find a bright and airy open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare tasty dishes to enjoy at the dining table that seats eight, and a sitting area with plush seating, a TV, and bi-fold doors that highlight the beautiful scenery.

Take a stroll through Dartmouth, where you can rent a boat to explore the River Dart, dine on delicious seafood at The Seahorse, sip champagne at Platform 1 Champagne Bar & Restaurant, learn about the town's history at the Dartmouth Museum, see Bayard's Cove Fort and Dartmouth Castle, and even take a ferry to the neighbouring town of Kingswear.

Kingswear is famous for its beautiful National Trust property, Coleton Fishacre, as well as its own magnificent castle and the Dartmouth Steam Railway.

You can swim or try your hand at water sports on the Blue Flag beaches of Blackpool Sands.

Brixham is located further afield and boasts a picturesque harbour, an old lighthouse, the world-class Churston Golf Course, a variety of bars, shops, and restaurants, and the wildlife-rich Berry Head Nature Reserve.
