Take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen/diner, where you can rustle up brunch to be enjoyed by the breakfast bar, or for formal meals, set the dining table, located in the bright and airy sitting room; use this space to unwind upon the plush sofa, with a large Smart TV for entertainment.
Continue up to the second floor where you'll find two super-king-size bedrooms one of which can be made up as twin (zip/link), serviced by a shower room, along with a double and a twin, resting on the third floor; rest and refresh with plenty of space for your entire party.

Travel inland along River Dart to visit the Totnes Rare Breeds Farm, or climb up to the remains of Totnes Castle, offering stunning views across the county.

Spinners is really well located for Dartmouth.
The garage is fantastic as parking in Dartmouth is difficult in summer. The bedrooms are large and the kitchen is well appointed. Nice interior. The seagulls are very noisy at 5am! We had shortbread biscuits left which was a nice touch, but they were 2 months out of date! Lovely property and well located.
Perfect location for our short break
This is a lovely house in a great location.
The parking in Dartmouth is difficult and the garage is a real bonus, but quite tight if you have a big 4x4. All beds and linen very comfortable and kitchen well equipped.
