    Lovely place, A few things that need a little bit of maintenance was the kitchen tap was a-bit wobbly, The bedroom tv remote batteries was rusted they need new ones And lastly the blinds I found was abit see through with neighbours being able to see through at night

Well-placed for accessing Darmouth and the beautiful South Hams District of Devon, this is a wonderful getaway for families and friends.

After a day of coastal exploration, relax on the sofa in the open-plan living area and catch up on the days events.

Gather at the dining table and raise a glass with your loved ones after taking over the kitchen to cook a family meal.

Freshen up in the shower room before choosing between the double or twin to get some rest.

Two supermarkets within a mile are wonderful for picking up the necessities, while Dartmouth, a little further away, has plenty of independent stores, cafés, restaurants and pubs to sample.

Take a leisurely cruise down the River Dart, visit the historic sites of Bayard's Cove Fort, Dartmouth Castle, and Dartmouth Museum, and savour some fresh seafood at Rockfish Café.

Continue your adventure at Paignton and learn about the Paignton Zoo Environmental Park, the Paignton Pier, and Fairy Cove.

Alternatively, you may arrange a day excursion to Torquay and take in the Torquay Museum, Meadfoot Beach, and Tessier Gardens.

Whisk away to the city of Exeter for a change of scenery and explore the gothic Cathedral or travel back in time and learn about our ancestors at the Royal Albert Memorial Museum.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town.
